This role focuses on driving exceptional performance at key suppliers of high definition localization software. Based in Saudi Arabia, Jeddah, Industrial City No. 3. This role requires a dynamic individual with deep experience in supplier performance management, able to upskill and upskill suppliers with low operational maturity, and ensure adherence to Raytheon's stringent quality, cost and delivery standards. ** Responsibilities to Expect: ** * ** Supplier Performance Focus: ** Develop and implement targeted performance management strategies to ensure the supplier meets Raytheon's quality, cost and delivery schedule requirements. * **Continuous Improvement:** Lead continuous improvement initiatives at the supplier site, focusing on process improvement, quality improvement, and cost reduction to raise the level of maturity of our core area. * **Performance measures: **Create and monitor Monitor and prepare weekly and monthly reports on supplier performance metrics, and conduct regular reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement, ensure alignment with program objectives, and improve performance by leveraging the core layer management framework. * **Problem Solving:** Proactively identify and resolve performance issues at supplier sites and sub-levels, work closely with supplier and internal stakeholders, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. * **Risk Management:** Identify and mitigate supplier and program supply chain risks, ensuring uninterrupted supply and program success. * ** Cross-Functional Collaboration: ** Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, quality, and program management teams, to ensure alignment with supplier performance goals and initiatives. * ** Developing Relationships: ** Providing on-site training and daily personal engagement with key suppliers at both main and sub levels, enhancing collaborative relationship, ensuring timely performance and access. * ** Strategic Sourcing Support: ** Support supplier-related strategic sourcing initiatives, ensuring alignment with supply chain and Raytheon's broader program objectives * ** Reporting: ** Prepare and present detailed reports on supplier performance metrics in close collaboration with the Subcontract Manager, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. **Qualifications You Must Have:** * **Education:** Typically requires a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred * **Experience:** Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 7 years of relevant experience in supplier performance management, supply chain management, or operations management, with a proven track record of driving performance improvements (measurement-driven) in low-maturity environments. * **Technical Skills:** Strong technical skills and understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards and performance metrics. * ** Analytical Skills: ** Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis, performance metrics, and process improvement * ** Communication: ** Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders with indirect reporting relationships. - * **Leadership:** Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and improve performance within supplier organizations - * Project Management Pro: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a focused, high-risk environment. * **Detail Oriented: **Highly detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * **Languages:** Proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable. *the employer is committed to equal employment principles.
