The role focuses on fleet acquisition, qualification, retention, pricing, capacity planning, supplier coordination, and payment follow-up, while working closely with the sourcing and dispatch teams to ensure on-time fulfillment. **Key Responsibilities:** Fleet management and the ability to manage fleet capacity to meet operational demand and fulfillment requirements. Ensure availability of vehicles and transportation partners for daily operations. Monitor fleet performance and utilization to avoid shortages or excess capacity. Support the classification and classification of suppliers based on performance and reliability. Acquisition, Qualification and Retention Acquire and onboard new fleet suppliers and transportation partners. Manage fleet reactivation of inactive or underutilized suppliers. Ma establish strong relationships to improve long-term retention and engagement. Coordinate contracting and documentation with fleet suppliers. Pricing, Margins and Commercials Support pricing discussions with fleet suppliers to ensure competitive pricing. Monitor margins and cost structures related to fleet operations. Align pricing with sourcing and operations strategy. Coordinate Operations Coordinate closely with sourcing, dispatching and fulfillment teams. Support dispatch activities to ensure smooth execution of deliveries. Track fleet execution and ensure adherence to service level agreements and operational timelines. Contribute to on-time delivery performance. Payments and Documentation Follow up on fleet supplier payments and resolve payment related issues. Ensure collection and submission of required documents in a timely manner. Coordinate electronic copy submissions within 24 hours and hard copy submissions within specific timelines. Ensure documentation is complete, sealed and in compliance with internal requirements **Requirements** · 5+ years of experience in freight logistics, transportation, fleet management, supply sourcing or market operations. · Strong understanding of the Saudi freight market, truck types, main lanes, market rates and capacity dynamics. An established transportation network is highly preferred. · Proven ability to negotiate prices, payment terms and capacity commitments with tr sports suppliers. · Strong operational and commercial mindset with experience in managing implementation, supplier performance and profitability. · Convenient, data-driven performance management through dashboards and KPIs. · Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
