the employer, a leading Saudi Arabian investment group specializing in real estate development and construction, is seeking a Procurement Manager to drive procurement excellence across its diverse business units. Key responsibilities include: • Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to support company goals. • Lead and manage the procurement team across various business units, providing guidance and mentorship. • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and cost savings. • Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify risks and opportunities for improvement. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes, efficiency, and value creation. • Manage supplier relationships to build strong partnerships and ensure quality and reliability of supply

Requirements

• Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 7+ years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role leading teams
• Procurement experience within construction or real estate development, including sourcing construction materials and subcontractor services
• Hands-on experience with strategic sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and procurement process improvement
• Experience using Odoo ERP or similar procurement systems
• Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory procurement frameworks
• Business fluent in Arabic and English
• Proven ability to partner with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, operations, and project/construction teams, and to present procurement strategies to senior leadership
• Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• Experience managing logistics contracts within procurement
• Experience monitoring supplier performance and driving supplier relationship management initiatives
• Experience managing external stakeholder relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics/service providers
• Experience presenting procurement savings and risk updates to board-level stakeholders
