Job description

Construction & Commissioning Engineer Preference should be given to candidates from the Western Region, as the work location will be Yanbu. •Mandatory: Saudi Aramco project experience. •Supervise and coordinate construction activities in compliance with project specifications, Saudi Aramco standards, quality requirements, and HSE regulations. •Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely project execution. •Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Vendors, and Construction teams to achieve project objectives. •Manage Mechanical Completion, Punch List closure, System Turnover, and handover documentation. •Execute pre-commissioning activities including flushing, pressure testing, loop checking, and functional testing. •Lead commissioning and start-up activities for process, utility, and support systems. •Support troubleshooting, performance testing, and final handover to Operations. •Prepare commissioning reports, test records, and project close-out documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and system handover activities.
• Experience in Saudi Aramco Brownfield and Greenfield projects, Utilities, Tank Farms, Pipelines, and Industrial Facilities is preferred.
• Familiarity with Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation systems.
