How you'll make an impact Leading team of quality engineers and technicians in a high-quality manufacturing or assembly environment. Plan and implement team development and achieve performance goals. Arrange and carry out activities on the shop floor related to product quality inspection, incoming material quality, production process and testing. Responsibility for developing processes, procedures, templates and work instructions related to process quality and incoming quality. Collaborate with all departments and enable them to detect deviation, follow up on non-conformities, root cause analysis and correction measures implementation and continuous improvement. Support in resolving quality issues from GIS assembly line or from site and follow up on improvement actions related to NCR. Attend and participate in internal or external audits (ISO, the employer, Customer) and work with all departments to close all findings and improvements. Participate in organizational changes and implement lean culture within BU. tegy for materials, customer complaints and processes using pre-defined quality KPIs. Arrange and carry out failure analysis and reports using an 8D template or similar and maintain a safe environment by implementing HSE requirements. Monitor suppliers' quality performance and follow up on corrective actions related to NCRs, CCRPs and suppliers. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. Your Background A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is required. Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in GIS products, preferably quality control or assurance. Resolve high voltage site mismatch. Hands of experience in material inspection, ISO 9001, process or product audits, quality management system and internal quality audits. Sound problem solving, planning, prioritizing and being a team player should be beneficial. Fluency in spoken and written English is required
