We are looking for enthusiastic, customer focused people who would like to join our team as a Reliable Maintenance Engineer. The focus of the Reliability Maintenance Engineer role is to ensure adherence to safety regulations and policies, to ensure preventative maintenance is performed on time to a high standard and to provide high levels of equipment availability through continuous improvement. Shift Pattern: This role involves working a non-traditional shift pattern which may include nights and weekends Key Job Responsibilities Place health and safety best practice first in all work carried out to ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and regulations. To develop preventative and predictive maintenance of FC assets including material handling and automation systems. Be experienced in installing, maintaining and troubleshooting any of the following: Relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors and scanners, motor actuators, relays, limit switches, electronic sensors, servo motors, frequency inverters, linear actuators, sorters, mechanical components (rolls, bearings, belts) To act as a safety ambassador within the team and promote safe working across the site Day to day management of engineering and soft services including housekeeping and building maintenance for EHS management and legal compliance For FC including waste and hazardous waste management Management in accordance with internal regulations, timely renewal of licenses To develop and maintain a good working relationship across all levels in the organization Ability to provide rich feedback to enhance individual performance Ability to identify... High-pressure logistics and resource management Supervises daily facility operations, including conveyor system maintenance, supervises maintenance and subcontractors, and ensures facility systems checks are performed through the computerized maintenance management system. Provide technical guidance for MHE and BB maintenance.
