Job description

Job Purpose To ensure the service delivery objectives of DC/Shift are achieved through effective monitoring and management of resources and workloads while ensuring the implementation of company policies, ethics and core values to secure optimum stock levels of various products within budgeted operational cost. This includes supervising all procedures necessary to meet quality standards, the Food and Drug Authority and others within the capital. Requirements

• · Ensure the service delivery objectives of DC/Transformation are achieved through effective monitoring and management of resources and workloads
• · Implement company policies, ethics and core values and ensure adherence to them
• · Securing optimal inventory levels for various products within the operational cost specified in the budget
• · Supervising all necessary procedures to meet quality standards and compliance with the Food and Drug Authority and others within the capital
• · Possess the following competencies: organizational intelligence, people management, business acumen, orientation towards change, focus on service excellence, management for results, accountability and ownership.
