Visit azeusconvene.com for more information. As a Support and Deployment Engineer, you will deploy and configure systems architectures to ensure security frameworks are implemented correctly. You will work closely with systems administrators and project team members to support system configuration, and to prepare and maintain cost-effective and efficient hardware and software deployments that meet project requirements. ** Requirements ** You will undergo extensive on-the-job training and mentoring to prepare you for the following responsibilities: * Deploy servers with hardening and firewall policies between servers * Support the deployment of applications developed by the employer in the cloud (AWS, Azure, KSA cloud, etc.) * Execute the deployment of applications developed by the employer on customer premises. You will be prepared to handle hardening server software, applications, setting up firewall policy, etc. * Identify and analyze system integration problems * Resolve server problems by identifying the root cause and taking immediate remedial actions * Formulate and implement corrective actions if a problem reoccurs * Formulate and implement preventative actions to prevent problems from occurring again * Identify recurring tasks and recommend tools to automate those tasks * Be on call for troubleshooting situations TO SUPPORT ### **What we're looking for:** * Fast learner with excellent problem-solving skills * Good organizational skills, able to work well under pressure and time constraints * Flexible and able to adapt to shifts and changing schedules, as you may be assigned to work weekends, holidays and across different time zones.
