Job Description* **Talent Sourcing:** Use various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships to identify and attract top talent. Implement innovative sourcing techniques to build a robust talent pipeline. * **Candidate Management:** Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers. Provide high-touch candidate experience and maintain effective communication throughout the hiring process. * **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and provide insights into market trends, salary standards and availability t talent. Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and strategies. * ** Staffing Metrics: ** Monitor and analyze staffing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of staffing strategies and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and submit regular reports on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines and other key performance indicators. * ** Employer branding: ** Contributing to developing and enhancing the company’s employer branding. Advocate for the organization's values and culture to attract candidates who align with the company's mission and vision. * ** Process Improvement: ** Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and tools to streamline workflow and improve the overall candidate experience. * **Compliance:** Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. ## Qualifications * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** At least 7 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successful full hiring for a variety of roles and levels. Experience in a senior or consulting role is highly desirable. * **Skills:** Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates. * **Characteristics:** A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
