Tasks include developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve the hotel's sales targets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across Hajj and Umrah markets, corporate accounts, travel agencies, tour operators, and group bookings, building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, business partners, and potential clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong network of contacts within the GCC region
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
