Through our licensed subsidiaries we serve hundreds of financial institutions in 40 countries via institutional-grade APIs. We are looking for a passionate Project Manager to coordinate enterprise customer integrations from concept to launch. The role involves aligning technical teams, managing timelines, mitigating risks and ensuring deliverables meet strategic objectives. Own end‑to‑end project management for enterprise launches using our brokerage APIs. Collaborate with external stakeholders to scope, plan and execute integration timelines. Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and allocate resources. Facilitate weekly partner check‑ins, drive action items and track progress. Report project status, risks and dependencies to internal leadership and partners. Help partners navigate onboarding requirements such as KYC and AML. Document processes and continuously improve onboarding frameworks to scale future integrations. Serve as the voice of the customer internally and provide updates to leadership while becoming a subject‑matter expert on the employer’s API.

Requirements

• 2+ years of enterprise-level business project management experience
• proficient verbal and written communication in English
• demonstrated problem‑solving ability and attention to detail
• flexibility to work with customers worldwide
• familiarity and interest in FinTech, financial markets and investing applications
• experience with communication and project management tools such as Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp and Google Workspace

• crypto experience
• familiarity with Metabase
• experience with modern APIs (REST, Websockets, Server Sent Events)
• experience with enterprise software implementations
• technical troubleshooting skills

• familiarity with Postman and curl requests
