We handle complex real-world data collection, multimodal pipelines, and multi-step workflows. The Senior Engineering Manager leads engineers, plans delivery, removes blockers, and fosters professional growth. The role stays hands‑on with code, uses coding agents, and makes technical decisions while balancing structure and speed. Responsibilities include delivery, improving team processes, people management, and technical judgment.
