HSE Manager

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional HSE Manager to join our site supervision team in Riyadh. This is a pivotal role responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive health, safety, and environmental programs across our operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and decisive leadership in creating a culture of safety excellence while ensuring full compliance with Saudi regulations and international standards. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE policies, procedures, and programs, conducting comprehensive risk assessments and hazard analyses, investigating workplace incidents and accidents, managing HSE compliance audits and inspections, providing HSE training and awareness programs, and maintaining detailed HSE documentation, records, and reports.

Requirements

• Saudi National
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in HSE management or related safety roles
• Proven expertise in risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, local regulations, and international safety standards
• Proficiency with safety management systems and incident reporting software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities in English and Arabic
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective HSE training programs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive HSE documentation and compliance records
• Preferred: NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification
• Preferred: Experience with ARAMCO standards or similar large-scale industrial operations
• Ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels and foster a safety-conscious culture.
