Senior H&S Specialist

Job description

We are seeking a highly talented Senior H&S Specialist to join our site-based Construction Supervision team on a major landmark development project in Riyadh. Your primary role will be to ensure the safety of all works and compliance with the stringent program, quality, safety, and sustainability requirements. You will provide daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports, support HSE assurance activities across the project, and promote a positive HSE culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum of 15 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of construction HSE management, assurance, reporting, inspections, and incident investigation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze HSE data and prepare clear, accurate, and professional reports
• Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with HSE data gathering, trend analysis, dashboards, and performance reporting
• Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and report-writing skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, and demanding project environment
