the employer is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Health, Safety and Environment management specifically for stadium construction and operation projects. Responsibilities include developing and implementing health, safety and environment policies, procedures, and programs; conducting risk assessments; overseeing incident investigations; coordinating with contractors; leading training and awareness programs; monitoring regulatory compliance; preparing performance reports; enhancing continuous improvement; ensuring emergency preparedness plans are in place; and promoting a proactive safety culture
