Job description

Müller's Solutions is seeking a Microsoft Power BI Specialist to design, develop, and implement interactive dashboards and reports that support data‑driven decision making. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions. Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights. Connect to multiple data sources, perform data modeling, and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Gather requirements from users and deliver tailored reporting solutions. Optimize data models and queries for best performance. Train and support end‑users on Power BI tools. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
• proven experience with Microsoft Power BI including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX expressions
• strong knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices
• experience with data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, and cloud services
• ability to analyze complex datasets and produce clear, concise reports
• excellent communication skills to gather business requirements and convey technical information to non‑technical stakeholders
• familiarity with Power Query, M language, and Power BI Service
• knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus
• Microsoft Power BI certification (e.g., DA‑100 or PL‑300) is an advantage
• experience with other Microsoft Power Platform tools is a plus
• strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
