Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• minimum of 10 years experience managing commercial aspects of mixed-use development projects
• proven ability to handle end-to-end contract administration and negotiation
• strong experience in procurement, budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting
• familiarity with risk management processes and mitigation strategies in large-scale projects
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• proficient with commercial management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
