As Project Controls Manager, you will provide the structure and visibility that keep major projects on track. This role is focused on bringing clarity to performance, supporting informed decision-making, and enabling project teams and stakeholders to understand cost, schedule, and delivery status across the program. Responsibilities Lead project planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress reporting activities. Monitor project performance against budget, timeline, and key delivery milestones. Develop and maintain project controls systems, dashboards, and forecasting tools. Prepare regular reports on project status, cost trends, and schedule impacts. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline. 6+ years of experience in project controls, including cost management and schedule oversight. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong skills with Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or social infrastructure programs. Experience collaborating with project directors, client representatives, consultants, and contractors on cost and schedule reporting. Familiarity with Aconex, SharePoint, OneDrive, an
