Compensation and Benefits Manager

Job description

The manager will own job architecture, job evaluation and grade structures for the logistics group. He/she will design compensation and benefits, set pay ranges and lead the annual review. Responsible for performance management cycle, calibration and rating standards. Involved in organization design, structures, spans and layers. Prepares reward submissions to the board remuneration committee

Requirements

• Proficient in a recognized job evaluation method and its practical application
• Ability to defend a grade to a Chief Officer
• Experience writing reward papers for a board committee and obtaining approval
• Proper understanding of pay protection and red circling
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
