Job description

Supervise operational activities for a growing Saudi coffee chain with multiple branches and a central kitchen. Provide operational leadership with commercial understanding and team‑management capabilities to develop scalable systems that support long‑term growth and brand stability. Responsibilities: oversee daily operations across branches and the central kitchen; develop and implement strong standard operating procedures and operational systems; ensure consistency in quality, service, food safety and customer experience; improve operational efficiency and control costs; monitor branch performance, sales, waste, labor and profitability
