Senior Manager of Worker Welfare

Job description

Lead and manage worker care within the employer operations to ensure safe, healthy and dignified housing and work. Develop and implement care standards, accommodation, transportation, food services, cleanliness, entertainment and wellness systems. Oversee operational performance across assets and vendors and ensure compliance with the employer legal and regulatory requirements. Partner with operations, facilities, health & safety, HR, security, transport, procurement and contractor organizations to identify risks and support continuous improvement
