Requirements

• Proficient understanding of system design and distributed computing principles
• experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as HBase, Cassandra, MongoDB
• proficient in Excel
• strong team leadership skills
• effective communication skills
• knowledge of Scrum
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• experience in software engineering, preferably SaaS or large‑scale distributed applications
• prior experience leading teams
• strong communication ability to convey technical solutions
• ability to explain complex problems concisely
• strong experience in multiple programming languages with proven drive to learn and advance
