The job post will close on 5th of Oct. Responsibilities: • Monitor hotel operations, service standards, guest experience, costs, and operator performance. • Review management reports, guest feedback, audits, and operational risks. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, revenue performance, and asset value. • Ensure compliance with SOPs, brand standards, safety requirements, and approved business plans. • Review and coordinate OS&E and FF&E selections, mock-ups, installation readiness, and handover. • Support capital projects and asset enhancements while minimizing operational disruption. • Coordinate with hotel operators, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. • Prepare operational reports and track improvement actions through completion

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, Asset Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in hospitality operations, hotel asset management, operational readiness, or capital project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, SOPs, brand standards, guest experience, and quality assurance.
• Experience with OS&E, FF&E, operational audits, and improvement plans.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in hotels, mixed-use developments, or large-scale destinations is preferred.
