Oversee finance and procurement functions ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Develop and implement strategies to improve cost, quality and supplier performance. Supervise financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate governance and regulatory standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Build strong relationships with suppliers and financial partners. Provide leadership, mentorship and development opportunities for teams. Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports for senior management
