Senior Solution Consultant, Autonomous Risk & Security

Job description

The consultant partners with sales to capture customer identity and security requirements, designs solutions that reduce risk, improve governance, and secure business operations. Delivers tailored demonstrations for security and identity leaders, translating capabilities into business outcomes such as risk reduction, compliance improvement, and operational efficiency. Supports sales cycles from discovery to close, mitigating technical risks and ensuring solution scalability. Stays current on identity and security trends and shares insights with internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, pre‑sales, or a related technical role
• proven track record of technical wins in prior consultant roles
• genuine curiosity and proactive adoption of AI and emerging sales technologies
• strong understanding of identity and security concepts including identity governance, access management, and risk reduction
• ability to quickly learn new technologies and connect them to business challenges
• experience supporting enterprise‑level complex sales cycles
• ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
• strong presentation and storytelling skills to align solutions with customer priorities
• willingness to travel 25‑50%
• preferred experience with IAM, IGA, or security operations platforms
• background in enterprise SaaS or platform solutions
• familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations for identity and security
• fluent in Arabic and English.
