Tendering Intern

Job description

Support the tendering team in preparing accurate and competitive technical‑commercial proposals for power quality products and solutions. Under guidance of experienced engineers, handle customer requirements, engineering documents, costing, supplier coordination, risk review, and offer preparation. Participate in live tender activities while maintaining the highest safety, quality, and integrity standards. Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Factories, Project Management, and Sales, maintain tender documentation, and ensure timely submission of compliant offers.

Requirements

• Proficient in building knowledge of Power Quality products and applications
• proficient in tendering processes, costing, commercial and contract terms
• knowledge of risk management and engineering methods
• experience with quotation tools
• strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred
• candidates with Mechanical, Industrial, Software Engineering or related fields may be considered
