Complex Manager

Job description

The jobs in this level are responsible for managing the day to day operations of a hotel and overseeing the services provided to guests such as housekeeping, catering, banquets, rooms, etc...to ensure enhanced guests satisfaction and alignment with the hospitality policies and procedures. • Participates in the formulation and implementation of the Hospitality plans to ensure alignment with the employer’s overall objectives and business plans. • Participates in the development of Hospitality policies, and procedures and ensures implementation of all relevant procedural/legislative requirements. • Manages the day-to-day operations of Hospitality by facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards. • Prepares the Hospitality/ Hotel budget and ensures that the activities within this unit is implemented processed as per the assigned budget. • Manages the effective achievement of department objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff in order to maximize subordinate’s performance. • Plans and organizes hotel services and distributing the work amongst the team to ensure the effective and efficient flow of work and enhanced customer satisfaction. • Ensures that hotel facilities are well maintained and are off good condition.
