Housekeeping Supervisor

Job description

Join a hotel that is part of the Accor network, which includes more than 45 brands, 5,500 hotels, and 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations. As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will oversee daily operations of the Housekeeping Department to ensure top cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will lead the housekeeping team, inspect rooms and public areas, ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards, handle guest requests and complaints, monitor supply stocks, and support the Housekeeping Manager with daily reports and inventory. You will promote teamwork and maintain positive relationships with all hotel departments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor or senior Housekeeping role
• Good knowledge of housekeeping operations and hotel cleanliness standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate a multicultural team
• Good attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in English
• Knowledge of hotel systems and housekeeping procedures is an advantage
