Spa Supervisor

Exceptional hospitality begins with you. As a Spa Supervisor you will not only supervise daily health club operations but also deliver memorable experiences that brighten each guest’s stay. You will supervise health club operations and support the Manager or Director in running the health club, fitness center, spa or salon. You will lead the health club team by training, scheduling and supervising members across fitness, spa and guest service roles to ensure a seamless, high‑quality guest experience. You will provide hands‑on support by stepping into staff roles when needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality at every guest touchpoint. You will support business operations by assisting with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management and tracking financial performance to drive engagement and efficiency. You will uphold regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team wellbeing.
