Senior Specialist - Cloud Operation

Job description

Job Purpose: The Senior Specialist - Cloud Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operation, administration, monitoring, and optimization of the organization’s cloud environments. The role ensures cloud services remain available, secure, reliable, and cost-efficient, while providing advanced technical support and driving automation and continuous operational improvement. Key Responsibilities: Operate, administer, monitor, and support enterprise cloud platforms and services. Ensure the availability, stability, performance, and operational readiness of cloud environments. Monitor cloud infrastructure and proactively identify and resolve performance, capacity, availability, and configuration issues. Provide L3 technical support for complex cloud incidents, service requests, and change requests. Perform cloud platform patching, upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle activities. Implement automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce repetitive manual activities. Support cloud security controls, identity and access management, configuration standards, backup, and disaster recovery

Requirements
