Requirements

• Experience in managing night audit and reconciliation processes and preparing accurate reports
• Ability to ensure the security of financial transactions, including credit cards, and resolve complex discrepancies
• Skill in analyzing processes, identifying anomalies, and implementing procedural improvements in cooperation with other departments
• Ability to supervise the work team, monitor performance, provide training, and promote a positive and productive work environment
• Familiarity with internal controls and compliance with them in all financial and administrative activities.
