Job description
Lead HR operations and develop recruitment strategies in line with legal and regulatory standards. Design operational policies and improve processes to support Saudi Vision 2030. Proficient with Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI and other government HR platforms
Requirements
- Experience in managing HR operations and recruitment
- strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulations
- proven experience in recruitment strategy, talent acquisition and managing recruitment teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- proficiency with Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI and other government HR platforms
- experience in a supervisory or managerial role
