Job description

The psychologist is the pillar of emotional balance within the organization. You will be responsible for studying various aspects of behavior such as motor, mental, emotional, and social, and applying learning principles to human learning situations. You will manage field analyzes of intelligence and performance tests and contribute to developing social trends and values through research and field experiments. You will work in a full-time professional environment, five days a week, to provide scientific solutions in behavior modification. A general overview of the profession: Conducting research into aspects of psychological activity that are common to all people, discovering the laws and principles that work to explain an individual’s behavior during the process of his interaction with surrounding stimuli, and preparing, presenting and preserving specialized documents and reports related to the field of psychology. The usual tasks of this profession: • Studying all aspects of psychological life by studying various aspects of behavior such as: motor, mental, emotional, and social, studying learning principles for cases of human learning and its multiple forms, and conducting field studies to apply intelligence and performance tests to measure patterns of mental and psychological development. • Study general principles and laws to extract the distinctive foundations of human behavior, and analyze the development of social trends and values through information derived from observation and follow-up or field research and experiments. • Study and develop theories and applied uses in the field of behavior modification. • Studying the biological foundations of behavior by identifying the parts of the nervous system and their impact on behavior. • Preparing documents and reports specialized in psychology, presenting appropriate recommendations and appropriate solutions, presenting them, clarifying them, and preserving them In its database in accordance with approved policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology
• Experience in psychoanalysis and individual therapy
• Proficiency in the Arabic language
