Job description

The Technical Director – Project Management and Strategic Planning provides world-class infrastructure, building and environmental solutions and leads innovation initiatives at the employer Group, a global consulting leader in urban services and infrastructure. The role combines project management operations, PMO governance, strategic planning, performance monitoring and portfolio reporting. Responsibilities include leading and coordinating project management within a PMO environment, developing and improving project management policies and procedures, supporting strategic planning and capital portfolio management, preparing and analyzing performance reports and KPI dashboards, and overseeing the implementation of Enterprise Project Management (EPM) tools. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in PMO operations and project governance
• Experience in developing and reviewing project management policies, procedures, and processes
• Experience in strategic planning and capital portfolio management
• Experience in preparing and analyzing project performance reports, KPIs, and dashboards
• Experience using Enterprise Project Management (EPM) software
