Procurement Manager

Job description

Oversight of the complete procurement cycle from requesting bids and selecting suppliers to issuing purchase orders and delivery for purchasing steel, composite panels, insulation, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment. Negotiating prices, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers. Evaluating suppliers and maintaining strong relationships with local and international suppliers. Monitoring material costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Coordinating with engineering, production, projects, and finance departments to ensure on-time material delivery. Ensuring purchased materials meet specifications and quality requirements for projects

Requirements

• Experience in the procurement field
• Strong knowledge of Saudi suppliers and construction material prices
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier management
• Proficiency in handling price requests, purchase orders, contracts, and ERP systems
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Excel
• Leadership, communication, and cost control capabilities
• Knowledge of international import and export regulations
• Supplier identification
• Knowledge of embargo systems
