Logistics Manager - FMCG

Job description

Oversee full supply chain operations to ensure timely movement of goods across regional and international markets. Lead warehousing, distribution, and transportation functions across multiple geographies. Develop logistics strategies to reduce costs while maintaining service excellence. Oversee 3PL contracts, performance, and vendor management. Implement technology-driven solutions to enhance visibility and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations, and safety standards. Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and manage inventory flows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• 10+ years experience in FMCG logistics, with at least 4 years in management
• proficiency in warehousing automation, ERP/SAP, and 3PL management
• strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• experience in GCC market is essential
