Supervisor

Job description

The primary responsibility is to supervise team member activities during the shift to ensure compliance with standards for people, product, cleanliness, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include people management, hospitality management, operations management, health & safety, and cashiering duties.

Requirements

• Ability to lead and direct team members
• proficiency in treating guests with respect
• knowledge of Tim Hortons operating standards
• proficiency in handling guest complaints and resolving issues
• experience with cash handling and cashier procedures
• knowledge of store policies (cash, breaks, food safety)
• proficiency in schedule management and team coverage
• knowledge of health and safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment
• ability to train and monitor new employees
