Production Control Clerk

Job description

Functions as the Aviation Maintenance Production Control clerk under the direction of the PC Manager. Participates in scheduling aircraft to meet contractual operational readiness rates and customer mission requirements. Plans, schedules, and streamlines all scheduled maintenance actions to provide GDCME and MNG Aviation Command maximum flexibility in aircraft availability and readiness. Streamlines work processes to reduce maintenance cycle time while improving aircraft maintenance operations and readiness. Trains selected MNG Aviation Command personnel to develop and maintain an effective PC management system and conduct effective PC operations. Produces daily status and readiness reports as required. Ensures all related operations are conducted safely.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• five (5) years cumulative experience in aviation maintenance
• five (5) years experience as an aircraft mechanic or maintenance technician
• graduate of a US Military aviation maintainers course or civilian equivalent training
• proficient in the use of computer-hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms, and other aircraft-related documentation
• proficient in MS Office software
• professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• ability to effectively communicate with the customer in a professional and courteous manner
• possess a valid US-issued driver's license and passport
• successfully pass an overseas deployment physical upon hire
• complete all mandatory medical examinations
• clean criminal record as required for a Saudi Work Visa
• pass a drug test and adhere to random drug and alcohol testing policy.
