Junior Interior Designer

Job description

Responsible for supporting creative design and developing interior spaces for retail, hospitality, food and beverage, and other commercial projects. Works under senior designers and managers, contributing innovative and functional design solutions aligned with client requirements, company standards, and brand guidelines. Tasks include creating initial concepts, basic layout plans, 3D visualizations, selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and color palettes, and supporting the project team to ensure on‑time delivery with quality.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• proficiency in interior design principles
• ability to interpret project briefs and develop full concepts
• basic knowledge of AutoCAD for furniture and space layouts
• proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max and Corona Renderer
• proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
• good understanding of space planning, measurement, proportions, colors, materials, and lighting
• strong 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering skills
• knowledge of furniture materials, finishes, and current trends
• attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and teamwork in a creative environment
• up to three years experience in commercial, hospitality, or retail interior design
• basic knowledge of technical drawings and construction details (preferred)
• ability to hand‑draw or digitally sketch (preferred)
• familiarity with AI‑assisted design and imaging tools (preferred)
• portfolio showcasing concept development, space plans, 3D models, and material/furniture/lighting selections
