Procurement Engineer the employer Holding is seeking a highly experienced Procurement Engineer to manage procurement activities for Saudi Aramco and other oil & gas projects within our manufacturing facility. The role covers full procurement cycle including supplier sourcing, commercial negotiations, purchase order management, expediting, vendor evaluation, logistics coordination and timely material delivery, requiring strong knowledge of the Saudi market and Aramco‑approved suppliers.
