Job description

The role involves managing operations and human resources related matters. Tasks include implementing and coordinating human resources and operations activities. A Human Resources professional is responsible for managing personnel affairs in establishments operating within the Saudi market, in compliance with the Saudi Labor Law and internal policies. Key duties include recruitment, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations to ensure a stimulating and stable work environment. They also play a pivotal role in supporting Saudization and developing national talent in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives.
