As a Host Relations Specialist, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with our hosts and providing them with exceptional support and assistance. You will be responsible for onboarding new hosts, answering their inquiries, and providing them with guidance and resources to optimize their hosting experience. You will also act as a mediator in resolving any issues or conflicts between hosts and guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for all parties involved.
