F&B Supervisor

Job description

Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets to ensure exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards. Coordinate service and kitchen teams, support opening and closing procedures, and maintain outlet readiness throughout operating hours.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• 2–4 years experience in food and beverage operations with supervisory role
• strong knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards
• proficiency in HACCP, food safety and hygiene regulations
• good command of English
• strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
• ability to work under pressure and flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• inventory management and waste reduction skills
• preparation of operational reports and staff attendance monitoring
• handling VIP guests and service recovery.
