Job description
About the Role: Develops operating procedures, governance frameworks, decision matrices, process ownership models, and operational readiness frameworks across all portfolios. Key Responsibilities: Develop operating procedures; establish governance frameworks; create decision matrices; design process ownership models; prepare operational readiness frameworks.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
- 10+ years experience in process improvement and governance
- proficient in process mapping
- proficient in RACI design
- proficient in governance frameworks
- proficient in SOP development
- proficient in continuous improvement
- preferred experience with Saudi Aramco, NEOM, Red Sea Global, Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu, Riyadh Airports Company (RAC), Jeddah Airports Company (JEDCO), ENGIE Solutions, CBRE, JLL, ISS Facility Services
- preferred experience in large‑scale operations, maintenance, integrated facilities management, airports, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, government, and critical infrastructure environments.
