Exceptional hospitality starts with you. You will brighten guests' days by processing in‑room dining orders and delivering memorable experiences. Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions; answer room service calls promptly and courteously; capture food and beverage orders accurately in the point‑of‑sale system; master menu details, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions confidently; suggest sides, desserts, drinks, and special promotions; reconcile checks, verify totals and gratuities, and handle cash according to accounting guidelines.
