Medical Manager

Job description

The Medical Manager acts as a customer-facing leader supporting the design, implementation and execution of Medical Affairs plans for an assigned therapy area aligned with overall product strategy. Provides scientific information, assists in designing and organizing clinical studies, and builds educational dialogue with medical experts and regulatory stakeholders. Responds to medical inquiries accurately, compliantly and promptly, developing standard response documents as needed. Provides medical and scientific input to clinical trial and research activities, supports local evidence-generation including non‑interventional studies and investigator‑initiated trials. Builds scientific partnerships across the disease journey by engaging experts, supporting publications and contributing to data generation initiatives. Reviews and approves medical and promotional materials in line with local and global compliance. Shares actionable medical insights with cross‑functional teams including Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory, Market Access, Quality and Commercial. Role consists of 50% external stakeholder engagement and 50% office‑based duties.

Requirements

• Degree in MD, PharmD or PhD
• Minimum 2 years experience in Medical Affairs in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven ability to build credible relationships with medical experts and key decision‑makers
• Strong understanding of clinical research, evidence generation and the evolving therapeutic landscape
• Experience translating scientific insights into meaningful cross‑functional action
• Proficient using digital tools and data to support stakeholder engagement, insight gathering and decision‑making
• Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills in a matrix environment
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Knowledge of clinical protocols, clinical research, clinical trials, critical care, drug development, medical information, organizing and stakeholder engagement
