Tahaluf is the largest B2B live and on-demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia by space, attendance, colleagues, and revenue. As a Digital Operations contingent worker, you will provide hands-on support to the team during a period of increased delivery workload. You will assist with the planning, setup, configuration, testing, and day-to-day delivery of digital platforms used across our events, helping ensure that attendee, exhibitor, speaker, and organiser experiences are set up accurately and delivered smoothly.

Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, operations, IT, or a related field. Or relevant work experience in the domain · Proven experience in digital operations, event technology, digital platforms, project coordination, or a similar delivery-focused role · Hands-on experience in the rollout and ongoing operational support of SaaS platforms, including setup, configuration, testing, user onboarding, issue coordination, and day-to-day platform support · Practical experience or working knowledge across digital platforms, including: Event applications, content/session management platforms, exhibitor or attendee platforms, registration-related tools, or similar event technologies · Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder inputs while maintaining attention to detail · Comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment and adapting quickly to changing event priorities · Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams · Familiarity with project management tools and event technology platforms is a plus · Experience working in the events and/or media industry is a plus
