Requirements

• Excel
• attention to detail
• guest experience
• 1+ year experience in a luxury hotel or fine‑dining restaurant
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• fluent in English, Arabic a plus
• professional appearance and proactive attitude
• familiarity with reservation systems (preferably SevenRooms)
