The Public Area Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily cleaning and maintenance operations of all public areas within the hotel. The role ensures that public areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained according to hotel standards and guest expectations. Tasks include supervising public area staff activities, ensuring the cleanliness of all public areas, conducting regular inspections, assigning daily tasks to the team, monitoring employee performance, and complying with hotel policies and procedures
