Head Therapist

Job description

Responsible for smooth daily operation of the sauna and spa. Ensures delivery of high‑standard spa treatments to guests. Maintains safety and privacy in the massage room. Provides courteous and professional service at all times. Performs massage sessions according to schedule. Coordinates closely with the line manager for seamless operation. Ensures guests wear appropriate attire in sauna and massage areas. Conducts daily equipment checks and records needed repairs. Guarantees at least one instructor is on duty in the massage room at all times. Maintains close contact with guests and gathers feedback. Conducts regular treatment evaluations and reassessments according to required standards
